WAHOO! Our second ever San José Cat Day is happening on Saturday, March 28 from 11 AM to 5 PM in three outdoor different locations in and around downtown San José. Free admission to attend. This is an outdoor event.
Featuring:
A special Cat Themed Vendor Marketplace at downtown San José's Paseo de San Antonio. Featuring over 55 of your favorite cat themed makers, artists, illustrators and creative small businesses. That's more than double the size of our 2025 edition of San José Cat Day!
A special San José Cat Day Giveaway for the first 1,000 attendees at the Cat Themed Vendor Marketplace at downtown San José's Paseo de San Antonio.
Mini Cat Town's Kitten Lounge just outside of our MOMENT Post Street storefronts. 15 minutes of playtime with some of most adorable and amazing (and adoptable) kittens around! Reserve your spot in advance (limited walk-ins available).
A Cat Themed Outdoor Cafe Experience by Don't Eat Me x Derptiles Cafe, Baby Tiger Bakery and Franci Cakes just outside of our MOMENT Post Street storefronts.
Cat Themed Crafting Activities by our MOMENT Post Street Storefronts (Rose Gold Jelly and Neko-oi) just outside of our MOMENT Post Street Storefronts. Activities include: (1) Decorating holographic photocard / trading card sleeves with deco stickers (including lots of cat stickers made by their store staff), (2) Cat Themed Coloring Station (including coloring pages made their store staff), and (3) Friendship Bracelet making Station (including some cat themed beads)!

The first 1,000 attendees who arrive to our SJMADE Info Booth at San José Cat Day 2026 will receive an exclusive door giveaway. More details will be shared the week of the event.
Mini Cat Town Kitten Lounge for San José Cat Day
Located at MOMENT Post Street just outside of 23 Post Street, San Jose, CA.
Price: $15 for 15 minutes of kitten playtime
Reserve your spot in advance (Limited walk-ins available)
Description: One ticket will secure 15 mins of kitten playtime at your designated time slot. There will be 30 adoptable kittens on site looking for pets and cuddles. There will be a few walk-in tickets reserved for each time slot, but we highly recommend making your reservation in advance.
Your order confirmation is your ticket entry. Tickets will not be shipped out. Tickets are non-refundable. Any child under 12 must enter with an adult (two tickets will be required in this case). All visitors will be required to wear shoe covers and sign our liability waiver.
Mini Cat Town is a nonprofit 501(c)-3. All donations are welcomed and go back into saving more kittens. Since 2019, Mini Cat Town has rescued and adopted out over 1,500 kittens. Adoption lounges are located in Eastridge Shopping Center, Stoneridge Shopping Center and Santa Rosa Plaza. For more information, please visit https://minicattown.org.

ICONIC CATS Original Art Show for San José Cat Day

For this year's San José Cat Day, we'll be curating an original art show celebrating the iconic cats in our lives at our MOMENT Japantown storefront. Featuring 20 of your favorite artists.
The art show will debut on Saturday, March 21, 2026 for preview week. During this week, the pieces will be on display but will NOT be for sale.
Starting on Saturday, March 28, 2026 for San José Cat Day, all of the pieces of display will be made available for sale (if you purchase the piece, you'll be able to take it home with you that very day).
