MOMENT Events Vendor Interest Form
Our events have an emphasis on independent artists, creative small businesses, and local makers. If you’re an artist looking to be part of an SJMADE event, but does not have the budget for our flagship craft fairs, these MOMENT events may be a good fit for you. Please complete this form to express your interest in vending with us!
For the time being, all MOMENT events are invite-only. No formal application will be open to the public. While our events are invite-only, this form serves as a great way to connect your business and MOMENT for future vending opportunities.
Scam alert: We have seen a reported increase of instances on Facebook and Instagram of people attempting to scam prospective vendors by purporting to be "selling" the last few vendor spaces for our previous events (i.e., Downtown San José Sidewalk Shops, SJMADE Fest 2025, SJMADE Summer Fair 2025). In many of these cases, the scammer asks for payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or some other form of digital payment after filling out a Google Form. Please note that these people (i.e. the scammers) are not associated with MOMENT or San José Made in any way. We never sell vendor spaces through social media direct messages or even text messages for that matter. If we do sell booth spaces, we only sell vendor spaces through our official website (sanjosemade.com).
If you ever encounter communication online from a non-SJMADE or non-MOMENT account purporting to be associated with SJMADE or MOMENT, please feel free to contact us at either events@sanjosemade.com or events@momentpopup.com. We would be happy to verify for you whether or not the communication you've received has officially come from us.
Please note that we cannot honor any vendor booth spaces that were purchased through channels that were not ours.
