In late 2024, the San José Downtown Association contracted Moveable (parent company to MOMENT) to pilot a monthly programming schedule from December 2024 through July 2025 on the permanent street closure within downtown’s San Pedro Square. What resulted is San Pedro Saturdays, an activation series designed to bring high levels of foot traffic, vibrancy and attention to this part of downtown and to help reimagine this pedestrian street as an appealing events and gathering space.

All events in this series were free for the public to attend and enjoy—lowering the barrier of entry for the community to enjoy activities in Downtown San José.
